After reading in The Onion that bacon is, as I'd suspected all along, good for you, I realized I'd gotten back on the wagon. I had to. How can I resist something so crunchy, so salty, so...healthy?

I can't. I won't.

This is why I hereby vow to bring the Bacon Log back. Expect a new & improved version of the site soon-ish. Just in time for the second annual Works on Bacon show coming to New York late this summer.
